Entry requirements
Please bear in mind that you must be in possession of any one of the following qualifications in Somatology/Health and Skin Care:
- SAAHSP or any equivalent HEALTH AND SKIN CARE qualification
- As well as Aromatherapy, Reflexology and Manual Lymphatic Drainage as subjects
You will be required to attend an interview at the Academy, should your application meet the requested requirements prior to your acceptance.

FEES FOR 2010 COST NOTES
Tuition Fee - 1st Year R47 000 Inclusive of the deposit mentioned below
Deposit (non-refundable) R5 000 Amount payable immediately after acceptance to secure a position
Uniforms, books, kit etc ±R5 000  
LAB Fee R500  
Balance R Payable on registration day


Notes:
1. The above fees do not include the costs of the following Membership Examinations:
- CIDESCO Spa
- BTEC Professional Diploma in Spa Therapies and Management (optional)
2. The Isa Carstens Academy reserves the right to adjust fees and costs due to major unforeseen cost increases
3. Information in this regard will be made available during the first term of the year once prices / examination fees are received from overseas membership bodies.
4. Accommodation and other personal needs are not included in the above mentioned fees.

Study Loan
Arrangements to accommodate the payment of fees must please be made well in advance should it be necessary. We recommend that as soon as a student has been accepted by the Academy, following their interview, application must be made for the granting of study assistance.
