Student Residence Information

The residence is specially developed to cater for the unique requirements of our fashion design students. There is ample workspace, which is a necessity for the designer in training. The residence is centrally situated and within walking distance of a supermarket and Laundromat. Secure parking is available and each student will be issued with an armed response panic button. The Academy's shuttle service operates daily between the residence and the Academy and is available to students an nominal cost. The residence is serviced by cleaning staff three times a week. Gardens are maintained by an onsite caretaker. Basic house rules apply.

Requirements
• Lease commitment is for 12 months
• An R 7 000 non-refundable pre-payment

Deposit / Breakage Admin fee to be paid on signing of the lease
• Water and electricity is included in the rental
• All bedrooms and bathrooms are double i.e. same gender sharing
• Acceptance of house rules
