Our full-time courses:
Three Year Diploma in Hospitality Management
Registered by the Department of Education and accredited by the Council on Higher Education.
In this Department of Education accredited course, your introductory classes will include Food & Beverage Service, Food Production and Reception Management, before you progress onto Sales & Marketing, Industrial Relations and Resort Development classes. Throughout the 3-year course you’ll be trained in Communications, Computers and Financial Accounting. A key benefit of studying with the International Hotel School will be the practical aspect of your learning, which will be measured against national qualification standards. This will increase your practical competence and confidence in your prospective fields – exactly what you need to fast track your career in the hospitality business.
When you successfully complete the 3rd year of your course, you will receive an AH&LA Hospitality Management Diploma as well as an International Hotel School Diploma in Hospitality Management registered with the Council of Higher Education.
Three Year Diploma in Professional Cookery and Kitchen Management
Registered by the Department of Education and accredited by the Council on Higher Education.
This 3 year course also places equal emphasis on academic study and practical training in reputable establishments. Your main subject of study will be Food Production, supported with all the other disciplines that you’ll need for a successful career in today’s fast-paced food industry: Sanitation, Bookkeeping, Computers, Purchasing and Human Resource Management. To get you ready for demanding four and five star establishments, you’ll be able to attend regular off-site ‘Food Laboratory session’ to support practical learning operations in this sector.
When you successfully complete your 3rd year, you will receive the AH&L El Food and Beverage Management Diploma and an International Hotel School Diploma in Professional Cookery and Kitchen Management registered with Council of Higher Education.
