this is a concept to use weights and gravitational pull to create lift | when a weight is rotated the gravitational
pull goes from pulling down to pulling out thereby changing the gravitational force to horizontal

the natural state would then be a horizontal pull and would naturally try to achieve that state

by controlling the angle of the weight this will allow control of the lift

anything attached to this pull will be under a force of that lift



engine and control similar to a helicopter except it uses gravity as its lift
